Claudia AI Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Claudia AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Claudia AI does
Claudia AI sends learning and productivity related messages, reminders, and links through channels such as SMS, WhatsApp, and email. The goal is to help you stick to learning plans and complete sessions more consistently.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account and for keeping credentials secure.
4. Consent to receive messages
By providing your number or handle and opting in, you consent to recurring messages related to learning plans, reminders, and account activity. Message frequency varies based on your settings. Standard rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by changing settings. Reply HELP for help.
5. Prohibited use
Do not use Claudia AI for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. Do not interfere with the service. Do not attempt to access source code. Do not use Claudia AI to send spam or unwanted solicitations.
6. Data, privacy, and security
We collect and process information you provide, such as name, email, phone number, preferences, and usage data, to operate and improve the service. We apply reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. A separate Privacy page will describe details on data use and choices.
7. Third party services and carriers
We use providers such as Twilio and mobile carriers to deliver messages. We do not control these providers and are not responsible for delays, failures, or filtering in their systems.
8. Beta features and changes
Claudia AI is in early access. Features may change, break, or be removed. We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept updates.
9. Fees and payment
During early access, Claudia AI may be free or discounted. Future paid plans may apply. If fees are charged, we will disclose pricing, billing, and cancellation terms. You agree to pay applicable fees and taxes.
10. Termination
You may stop using Claudia AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or if we discontinue the service. Sections that should survive will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits.
11. Intellectual property
Claudia AI, including design, branding, software, and content, is owned by Claudia AI Inc. or its licensors. You receive a limited license to use the service for personal or internal business purposes subject to these Terms.
12. Disclaimers
Claudia AI is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation or specific outcomes.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Claudia AI Inc. and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim, or $100 if unpaid.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.
